How often should you replace spark plugs, and do worn spark plugs reduce fuel efficiency/performance
#2
i do mine every 10-20k depending how I feel about the plugs i'm running.
Yes, worn spark plugs reduce performance and fuel efficiency. Also, poor spark plugs (ie, autolite!) suck assage on teh gas and performance.
I just ordered Bosch F7LTCR as replacements. Along with some NGK's for my girl's Kia Sephia. Werd. ;-P

Yep, those'll be good. Lots of people have noticed big differences when they get them serviced
and the plugs are replaced. It's really pretty cool that such a little thing can make such a huge difference. The sword cuts both ways too - I replaced my plugs with inferior ones and now I'm paying the price (literally, my MPG is down 3-4mpg's)

depending on the conductor material. copper plugs should be changed
7k-10k. platinum or iridium, i'd only let go to around 20k. anything after that and the plugs aren't sparking with as much voltage as they once did.
