How to remove the Center AC Vents??

Default How to remove the Center AC Vents??
Anyone ever do this? Can they be removed without disassembling the center console?

Default I used needle-nose pliers. Be careful! Try to rock it out at the edges. (more)
THe tilting vents pop out too.
