How to switch APR Stage 3 program from 93 octane to 100 octane??

Your in luck, I got one just like it
using the button, 1 press=1 flash of engine light= program one. 2 presses=2 flashes of engine light= program 2 and so on. usually race is the last program. eg. program 1,2,3 = stock, chip, race. Thats how mine is set up.

push the button the number of times = to the slot #
aka
push once for slot 1 = 93
push twice for slot 2 = ??
you will see the check engine light flash teh eq # of times as you pushed the button

So say I push it twice and then I am in the 100 program....do I just start the car then and its on?
Do I have to do anything else or is it okay to start the car once it flashes twice to be in 100 mode??

heres what I do
Put 100 gas in car after distance till empty reads 0, start car in any mode but 100, let idle a few minutes, to burn of excess in fuel lines of 93 or whatever, then switch to 100 while running. you can switch on the fly to any program with 100 in it. just dont switch to 100 when 93 is being used.
