Without having tried one...
I would cast a vote for an intermediate weight flywheel. Not sure I would want a LWFW for daily driving. I know some don't mind...but that's my personal preference.

I didn't launch my car (not going to abuse a friends clutch like that), but regular take offs
were pretty simple. I got adjusted to the clutch/fly very quickly, especially since they are so different compared to the A4.
I was managing my upshifts pretty well, no troubles there, even at the limit, but I bet the fly you have is probably lighter/more drastic of a change.
