I am sorta disappointed...
in audi's speaker setup. However, I had a new reciever put in by a car audio place around me. They took apart every wire and make a new harness for the back of the face. I have since installed my own sub and now i am looking to replace the rear speakers. My question is I was wondering if now that i had put in the new face that if the amp under the right speaker is active?!?!

I would boubt it. Deck would be running stocks now, check by ...
fade the sound from front to rear on the deck, that should only move the sound between speakers that the deck powers. If the rears fade in and out then they are on deck power, if they dont then they are on an external amp. The stock amp would not likely be compatible with a stock deck without modification.
