Default I am supercharged

Took me a couple years, but I finally got it. Did a self install, first time I really ever did anything "major" on a car. Note: This is the 30v supercharger from PES.

I wonder if I am the only hibscus red supercharged audi...

Driving impressions, well its just like stock, except everything is amplified 2 fold. Its faster then stock WRX's, but not as fast as a chipped S4. It is more plesent to drive though, since there's just power at all rpm's (most notably below 1k and above 4k, there always was a dry spot in-between those before the sc... and now still is). Quite as hell, can hardly hear it.

Worth it? Well if you are stuck with your 2.8, yes. If you're on the fence, no, go with a more modifiable engine. Am I happy? Hell yes!!! Driving my car is fun again.

Default Imagines car with an S4 bumper instead and decides...

Maybe a B5 Avant would be good.

Congrats on the install!

Have you ever driven a chipped 1.8? How does it compare?

Default I've never driven a 1.8t, but I have driven my friends s4 before he got it chipped

This car is hard to compare against an un-chipped s4, just because there is no lag. I'll have to give my friend a holler and doe some runs with him to see what the difference is between our cars though...

Default they are surprisingly quick because of the staight line power curve.

Not punchy like a chipped 1.8T, but still fun to drive since it has the power of a K04'd 1.8T. definite hit.

nice job on teh DIY install.
