I anodized my fmic black and I think it looks a ton better!

yeah...you ahd to do some bumper support surgery.....
and the related bumper cover surgery, i think im gunna stick w/ stock...maybe, just maybe add the same or similar 1/2 bumper you have at some point. i suppose i could do the same cutting to the top of the middle opening with the stock bumper, but if ths 6" one fits good, thats more than enough for a K03 sport, and fine for a K04 (at some point).

yeah true but since you gotta take the hardpipes to get welded anyway

I'm sure the 6 ich would be fine for your needs. it just might be hard to make something that long fit clean under a stock bumper. I'm sure a short 45 deg angle in the hard pipe as it exits the ic would go a long way to improve fitment.
