i can't figure this out... my engine is flooding like nuts!

hey guys looking for a little help i know this is a old thread.. but i just went to start my car and it wont turn over.. it has alot of issues in the cold with starts.. so i have been ignoring the issue.. usually after like a few seconds tops! it will turn over, well not today i finally put a vag on it got several codes that u listed before
17833- evap purge
17525- 02 lambda
17829- sec. air injec sol.
i also had some in there for boost reg valve, i didnt bother to write them down cause i just thought the car needs to start for that to be a issue... now whats with these wires that go to the passenger side.. u mean from the engine bay back or u mean across the pedals to the passenger side.. sorry for my noobage
litle mod info.. pes t28 kit.. milltek exhaust.. i have a 034 efi but i took it out to pass emissions in jersey. to be fair the car never started right on cold starts with that either..
