I love my Bose setup, but was curious what the cost would be to add a sub. It hits every note perfectly but some Rock and hiphop songs have that low note that it just can't reach, I would like it to hit a little harder on those.

I don't want or need any crazy bass trunk rattling shiznit, don't want to change my headunit and don't want to comprimize trunk space with a bass box.

Is there any thing that fits this description?

should cost anywhere depending on what you get... about $400.00 for amp and sub.. with probably an extra $100 or so for installation...
it doesn't take long approx hour and a half...

Any sub you get will take up some space. I have a 12" in a box that uses about 1/6 - 1/4 of my trunk. It's removable, so on ski trips I take the box out and deal with less bass for the weekend.

If that still doesn't float your boat, the only other suggestion would be a bass tube, which could mount off to the side, with a side-mounted amp.

I would take to much of a hit if I sold. I probably won't even buy the stereo stuff, but I was just curious.
