waiting forever for that thing to come out, but finally settled on the 300.4. no regrets, can't recommend these amps more. are you sure the 500.5 will fit, that thing is HUGE. seriously the 300.4 runs my entire car and i feel it is enough, 2 sets of quart refs and 1 jl10w3. nobody believes my system is that small when they hear it, and this is going from 500w+ systems with multi subs.

Default Heard very good things about them.

I especially like the fact that they put some thought into how much power they need and where they need it. Looking at the specs, the S/N ratio is very high on the front and rear channels, but lower on the sub. The damping factor on the sub is very high, vs. "just" very good on the main channels. Power is a reasonable 100 watts for the front, 25 for the rear (don't need much there), and a respectable 250, which will drive most 10-12" drivers. As far as I'm concerned, from a spec standpoint, this is an ideal amp for a total quality system! The fact that it fits in the spare tire well...I'm shocked. This thing is a beast!

Default I love the split on the watts too. The guy at tweeters pointed it out to me.

Not only wil it fit but I don't have to take out the center post that holds the rear mat up either. That was my goal. All the multi-amps out there are bigger and square. Because it is 2X1 ratio, it works out great.
