Default i found the problem w/ my car...

the exhaust valves are bent... this sucks. anyone know how only the ex. valve would bend? the timing belt is still good too. jay

Default hitting the pistion

maybe your timing belt is off by a few teeth. That advanced or retarded timing would be enough to do it but it would be a rough ride I would think and you would notice it right after the belt change.

Default i was around 5k rpm when it happened

timming belt was done 15k ago but i am not sure if they did the new tensioner or not . is there any mod that can be done to the head since it needs to be redone? and how much $ i am wondering if it would be better to buy, mat from induction's motor??

Default A valve can "seat" in the open position

Time to pull the head and inspect the tops of the pistons for damage.

U probably "floated" the valves!!!= bad news

isn't there a RPM cut off to prevent over reving the engine?
