What could be causing this other than crap rotors?
Could it just be that something else is wrong?
I did the A8rotor/TT bracket upgrade, put in new rotors and pads.

Seriously. It's probably just pad deposits. What kind of pads did you use?
Typically brakes squeal, etc. because they're not being pushed hard enough.

And by "hard" we mean threshold braking - almost into the ABS mode but not quite.

About 15 slow-downs from 80/90mph to 25/30mph (sharper bends).
Pedal transmits same wobbly feel even when coming to a halt in 1st gear. Might it be that the guys at the shop did not fully polish the wheel hubs before new rotor install?
