Default I got a chance to try out the clear film on the hood and mirrors. I call it bug peel.

I have a couple things to work out but it worked good overall. Wish I had done this for the APR trip. I want to make smaller pieces for better contouring and maybe cover the whole hood for better adhesion. I had a problem with the upper edge coming up and flapping, had to take it off. Left the bumper and mirrors on. The tackiness is between a sticker and a posty note. Very easy to take off. It's clear so you can leave it on headlights too.

Default So it's saran wrap with adhesive?

It seems like it would get you around the whole bug cleaning issue, but it wouldn't do anything to guard the car from rocks and stones.

Default It's very close to the thickness of clearbra.

It's hard to tell without longterm testing but I feel it will protect from chips at least, if not protect it.

Clearbra is flexible as well, very similar. It's not like the stuff they use on headlights.

Default ...now if only Victorias Secret would get on the bandwagon!!!!

the only thing that would make the wonder bra better would be if it were clear, thin and easy to remove!! i have no comment about the bugs..but I think they can save that for their Panty line.
