Default Local shop says $60/hour, maybe 3.5-4 hours? I wonder if you can get remann racks

Save you some money at least.

Default Umm..wow. Thanks?? (sigh) If I can get out of bed tomorrow morning...

and motivate myself, I should be ok.

New snail=1300
New rack =800
oweing on taxes=900

Default That's a pretty generous estimate, btw. Don't forget tie rods.

Wrong thread

Anyway, I meant that in best as possible way.

Default WHAT!.. wowe wowe.. slow down... yes you buy a new rack.. 800

300 for a reman unit... 150$ labour... it's not that bad. I had my rack done for 350$ total... then again i got a great deal.. 450$ should be closer.. 800= nuts.. also make sure it's the rack and not just the return line on the pump leaking and spraying everywhere

Default thanks.-->

It's not the pump. It's dripping from up top. It goes allllll the way down the hard vac lines that go under the car and runs along my DTS. I looked up towards the pump itself...nice and dry.

Where to find a re-manufactured rack?
