I have decided on a GTRS Turbo. Can anyone tell me why the pre-packaged kits are so different?

The 034 kit uses a larger MAF housing, 415cc injectors, unitronic software. Eurocode includes a high-flow exhaust manifold, 550 cc injectors, Bosch plugs, and Revo software.
Both recommend the upgraded intake hose and a FMIC. And 034 offers the high-flow mani, but say it is not mandatory.
Does the larger MAF housing compensate for smaller injectors? Or is it all in the software?
Would appreciate any thoughts about driveability, as well. The car will continue to be a DD for a while.

mines a tip though.... its just the software as far as i know. im going with Eurodyne (chris tapp) so i was just going to buy the kit from ATP w/o the software and buy the 630cc injectors myself. I would get a TIP and FMIC either way you go. also a HFC or TP.

It takes more work in the software to make it work properly, but you're left with a higher flow potential and less inlet restriction as well.
We have lots more options than just the 415cc setup. We can set you up with 415/550/630cc injectors and tuning to match. All depends what you're lookin for.
Most people with these setups still run them as DD's.

I'm VERY happy with it. My car is my daily driver. It took a little bit of tweaking, but the guys at 034 where more than willing to field my calls and help me get everything ironed out. No surging, no spikes, no problems. Drives like a DD should. The unexpected bonus for me was my gas mileage went up, as compared to my K04 GIAC 5bar set up.

it eliminated all the peak/spike problems. Now with the GT28RS, I bypassed the N75 valve and use only the BoostMachine. Allows me to control onset, which eliminated some of the lag under 3k rpm, and lets me control peak boost. I don't know why more people don't have them.

http://www.Modshack.info/BM.htm</a

Probably better all around for everyone/thing involved! When I have $160 to spare I'll take a second look, right now I've got lots of other car expenses... This is when I like my car the least. I think it overheard me talking about maybe selling it, ****.

But, if you could drive my car in its current state, or its former K04 state, you'd change your mind. It makes it stock smooth, and eliminates having to drive your car 'a certain way'.
