After having a deviated septum my whole life I can finally breath through both nostrils! Feels awesome =)
Oh and I brought in my A4 to the Dealer today for the 1996 Ignition Switch Recall.

The first three days after surgery while you still have the packing in are terrible. I was coughing up blood that was dripping from the back of my throat and I couldn't really talk or eat very well because of the pain. After the packing is out you can talk , but it is not until four days later that the credit card sized splints are taken out that you can finally breath!!! ahhhh
Being able to breath correctly out of my nose now made the experience completely worth it. If you are a singer or participate in Yoga or any such breathing activity the operation is a must.
