Default I have steam and water dripping out of the tailpipe upon startup...what are all the possible causes

of this?

Cracked block
Blown head gasket?
what else?

Could it just be condensation? And what should I test

Default It means your engine is running....

condensation is normal especially in cool weather, and especially especially with catylists..

Just condensation in your exhaust pipes. Goes away once fully warmed up.
