If anything, be embarrased that you have to use service, not that you own an audi. technically, they can do what they want - over and above what AoA suggests they do.

is on a national level. Audi has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction and trust in their customers. Finger pointing, story making, blame redirection and inconsistent service diagnostics for common problems has gotten out of control with this company. Audi has called too many of their customer "liars" too many times for me to just brush things off such as saying things to myself like "Audi's service is no different than that of Ford motor company". To be quite honest I have not been totally satisfied with the quality of my car's construction, I'm waiting for the first time this car leaves me stranded in the middle of nowhere before 50k miles so I have a reason to go over the edge and sell it. You have to question if Audi's service in its entirety would improve if their stock price dropped through the floor.
Audi should realize that you can't stay on top forever. The longer you are at the top, the harder you will fall when the sh*t hits the fan.
