I looked in the faq and search, but didn't find much, on how much coolant to use for a ...

coolant flush, and how the process excactly works...?

Could i just drain the coolant with turkey sucker, then fill it up, and keep repeating the process, or what do i do excactly?

open the engine and radiator drain plugs, open the coolant reservoir

flush everything out and then refill
6.9 U.S. quarts

Yes, 50% G-12 and 50% Distilled water.
