We spoke for a while but I never caught your name (I have a black 05.5 Avant). Are you here?

Default They're ranked near the bottom of 580 VW/Audi dealers...

and that's AFTER someone stacked the ranking by posting a bunch of fake positive reviews. My shop is about 20 minutes away and I hear absolute horror stories about them all the time. I can't believe people continue to patronize the place.

Default Its all due to people's mindset that they must return to service the car where they bought it from

The smart ones get the best deal on the car that they can, then service it where they get treated right.

Default This is true

I witnessed a customer today complain about not getting a loaner for his '05 A6 because the sunroof shade springs popped out, and Audi only pays for the loaner if the car has a driveability issue or is in for its regular factory maintenance. Any other problem = no free loaner, at least if Audi is paying for the repairs.
