We spoke for a while but I never caught your name (I have a black 05.5 Avant). Are you here?

and that's AFTER someone stacked the ranking by posting a bunch of fake positive reviews. My shop is about 20 minutes away and I hear absolute horror stories about them all the time. I can't believe people continue to patronize the place.

The smart ones get the best deal on the car that they can, then service it where they get treated right.

I witnessed a customer today complain about not getting a loaner for his '05 A6 because the sunroof shade springs popped out, and Audi only pays for the loaner if the car has a driveability issue or is in for its regular factory maintenance. Any other problem = no free loaner, at least if Audi is paying for the repairs.
