I noticed a "littlle" air filter included in the cold air systems. Where does it attach to?

I noticed a "littlle" air filter included in the cold air systems. Where does it attach to?

Default Usually to the crankcase ventilation line that normally goes into the intake hose between the air
box and the turbo.
