the car runs like a champ. As others have say, it is a noticeable increase in torque over the standard GIAC K04 chip.
I highly suggest it to anyone who is looking for a little more out of their K04.
BTW, the adj. FPR is the blue one from ECS & the injectors are Bosch Red Tops.
I have a spare GIAC K04 chip, used 5 bar FPR, an extra set of new Bosch Red Tops (I had to buy a set of 8) and also a set of low mileage (500 mi.) 317cc Bosch TT injectors (for DBW that I got by mistake).

I'm trying to decide if I want to keep my car or not. I already bought more horsepower than my K04'd A4, it's just in the form of a minivan ('05 Odyssey
, 2 kids does that to ya...).
Anyway, if I keep the car I might go with the PC16 file also. Looking at your mod list I'm guessing that a FMIC is not needed for this, which is good as I have too much $ into this car already. Any idea how this compares to a J31 car? I was very impressed with that set-up.

Injector & FPR intall and setup were easy.
If you are DIY'er you should be able to do it no problem in an hour or two.
You definately should have a FMIC for this setup. That is what it is written for.
I will be installing one shortly. I don't put many miles on the A4 so if I take it easy I should be OK for a few weeks til I get it on.

like I said, I have way too much into this car already.
Other than PC16, FMIC and injectors, I think I've done all I can to get the most out of the current K04 set-up except for a test pipe. (N75J/Borla/snub/710N/suspension/17" Flik Lex, etc....) The car is fun, but like someone posted yesterday, so many new unmodded cars will outperform it, I may just wait for the next toy.

Where'd you buy the PC-16 setup and what intercooler are you considering. I want to keep my car looking stock and am considering the SPP non-z-flow unit or the Evoms unit.

What did you set the fuel pressure at and which 310cc injectors did you go with?
The reason I ask is that you will be ok at 3bar(lowest the blue fpr will go) with RC 310cc injectors. If you go with redtops or the 317cc 180TT injectors you need to drop down to 2.6-2.8 bar at the fpr.
Since you said you have the red tops, you might be running a bit rich.
