Default That one doesn't happen to me anymore. Possibly people are getting smarter these days?!
What I hate is the way people say, Audi. I know I am saying it incorrectly. But the way it is supposed to be, awdee...just sounds lame. I like, oudee better. Go figure.

Default Supposed to be? Just because it's a derivetive of audible, doesn't mean you have to hit the hard U.
It's a German company, therefore you pronounce it as a German would. Thus, owdi.

Default odd, when I call an Audi dealer, they all say "owe-dee". It's like Porsche. I don't know if...
I say it right "Poorsh", but "Poorsh-uh" sounds fruity to me.
