I really hate this whole chipping decision..I am between the apr and the giac..PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Default I've had both chips in my '97.....

....had APR in the car for about 3,000 miles (friend loaned me his spare APR-chipped ECU)...this was the version 3 of their chip.

Running Garrett (version 30a) for quite some time now and I hav to say the power and smoothness has APR beat.

If you're in N. NJ...you're probably not too far from PES, which is a Garrett distributor. Or drive down to Philly and get chipped at AWE-Tuning.

Good point, if MTM doesn't know about 2001s by now...pass on them.

Got to be Garrett , it is fantastic , smooth yet soooo powerful , great fun .

Do your research on Hoppen. They don't have a good reputation here at all.

Uh, I said HOPPEN. MTM is great if you can afford it.
