I think my shocks are shot question...can I replace just shocks?

Default I think my shocks are shot question...can I replace just shocks?
I am running on Eibach/Bilstein...and I'm not sure what a worn out suspension feels like but I'm guessing it feels like my car (hopping around like a jackrabbit). Anyway, was wondering if I could just replace the Bilsteins and leave the Eibachs, since I've read that springs have a pretty long life. Or do I/should I replace the entire setup? TIA.

Default PSS9 is a fantastic coilover suspension.....I paid Freedom Units 1750....
about 1 1/2 years ago. I believe in Europe the PSS10 is available or will be.
