I wonder how much this was holding me back?

I saw this frayed before the dyno runs, but I (stupidly) figured it was just the outside fabric and not the hose. So I taped over it for good measure and left it alone. Well, I decided to take 2 minutes today and replace the hose with some american vac line. When I removed the hose, I put my thumb over one end and blew through it. It was leaking like a sieve. So that might explain some erratic boost at higher RPMs, and slightly rough cold start idle. It's the hose on the front (of the car) of the intake manifold. Is that the FPR hose? It's where I ran my boost gauge tap into.

still pulled 223 to the wheels, but wheel tq was a tad low at 210 ft lbs. I think things should be all better now.

Too bad you didn't fix it before the dyno runs, especially if you were running the newest '00 software that you were talking about at AWE.
