Found it inside the rear driver side door and I have no idea where to put it back. I pulled the other door and there's nothing similar there.

It's a soft, foam like meterial.

It looks like a foam bumper that is at the very top right of the door (between the door itself and the door panel).

ETKA describes it as a grommet, but I can't find a pictorial diagram.

Default Yeah, looks like it

I remember the front door had similar foams. IIRC the slot in that foam should to into a metal piece at the top of the door with the curved side up. The curved top of the door panel sits on top of it. Something like that.
