PepBoyz has PP for $4.49 at register, minus $15 rebate nets $1.99. No Euro 5w-40, but the 5w-30 and 10w-30 have Euro ACEA A5, the thinner version of A3/VW502. It also meets the new Acura HT-06 Turbo spec. I'm sure wear control is fine under +225f, good for most stock-ish 1.8t. They also carry the 15w-50, which is very suitable in warm temps, esp for modded cars. It's a very good product. I grabbed bunch because I also have some Pennzoil rebates for $10 which I can piggy-back, $2/6q final price. I bought out 2 stores of VW and Honda filters, 4 are allowed per rebate at $.01c each. A friggin' steal. PN L30257, 40316 or 25401 are all bigger. Be shure to get the rebate forum at the register or download one and don't snooze on sending it in. Deal expires July 21.

http://forms.young-america.com/71028_PBA-070706.pdf</a

I have used them for non critical things in the past and for top-up, but do you know any specifics?
I am curious where they get it (or who they buy it from: IE, is it just mobil/valvoline etc etc) and if it's a decent oil.
I use their oil filters and air filters (wix/purolator as far as I have ever known) often as the "mom & pop Car Quest is local to me and delivers twice a day to my shop at no extra cost.
Thoughts insight on this? Thanks so much!

Probally one or the other. Warren Products seem to have "WPP" on the bottom. As for as premium vs generic products...say a blender has a few products, a premium and a staple and maybe a generic too, like Conoco's Motorcraft/Trop Artic/76. When a base oil shipment comes in, they test it and if it's top-spec they blend it into the premium product, not so good- into the basic grade...and so on.

I could only find 5w30 and 10w30. I won't run it in the Audi, but I bought some for the wifes Sienna.
