If i burnt my clutch once or twice would that ruin it?

Yesterday some *** almost rear ended me and when i was accelerating away i guess i didn't quite pull my foot all the way off the clutch for a few secs, would this ruin it?

Nope... but do not do that too often.

You probably just glazed your clutch. Drive it around for a bit you will notice that it would burn off.
