If I get a parking ticket and the cop didn't sign it, do I have any grounds to fight it?

Other than that I deserved the ticket fair and square...

I got a ticket for parking while facing in the wrong direction.. I just went on and on in written declaration about how confused I was.

What was your ticket for?
