Default If im replacing a single tire (which has 10K mi on it) due to having a flat...

should i replace 2 tires because of weight and balancing? They are Bridgestone Potenza RE930's. Thanks for the help.

Default Nah...

I wouldn't think so. Just replace the one and see how it drives. You might want to put the new one on the rear until it wears in a bit, though. Also, what happened to the tire that you had to replace it - sidewall puncture?

Default can't you get them patched? i got mines patched for free

at american tire co. discount tire does the same without you having to be one of their customers.

Default Why don't you use your spare now? Assuming it's new.

that way you get 2 new tires in rear/front.

I think the spare has different rubber on it.

Default i hit a rock, it gashed the tire sidewall twice...

As for putting the tire on the rear, thats where my flat was so I guess that much works in my favor :-)

yeah my spare is also only 15" while my rims are the 16" 5-spokes
