the same sypmtoms, bad misfires and jerks when letting off the gas. I then took it to the dealer, who charged me Euro 800 to "diagnose" the problem, but still the same symptoms after two weeks sitting at the dealer. They next wanted to replace the turbo and the engine electronic management box! During the last week (3 in total) that my car was there for, it occurred to me that my local mech might have missed out on that little valve. I phoned him, and he blatantly told me he'd forgotten to order it, so he'd replaced just the pipes!! I was about to eat him alive, but told the dealer to replace that valve, and I took it for a test and everything was OK then, though they insisted that the car still had the same problem so that they could charge me another Euro 400.
Guess what, he'd forgotten to replace the valve! At around "Euro 1100 a piece" it must have been one of the expensive valves in history!
