i'm having Thermostat change along with the TB, what coolant should be put back in?

Or G12 Plus (purple)
Before switching from G11 (green/blue) to either G12 or G12 Plus, the cooling system must be thoroughly flushed. The last thing I heard was that a mix of G11 and G12 will attack head gaskets.
