Default No. Liam's brackets cannot accept the 996 calipers...unfortunately.

Trust me. I've looked into it. Will need new brackets for the bigger calipers.

Default Rear 996 calipers aren't wide enough for the A8 rotors. I just tried it the other day...

I have a set of them that were sent to me by mistake when I was trying to get 986 fronts.

If anyone knows of a use for them, other than on the rear of a 996, let me know.

Default Also, the size of the pistons are smaller too...

Other than that, I believe the mounting points, overall size & pretty much everything else is almost exactly the same.
