I'm putting on new front pads and all new rotors...should I put new rear pads on as well?

I need new front pads, but the rears were just recently replaced.
I figured that if the surface of the pad doesn't match perfectly to the new rotor, itll just wear down and match over time.

if the rotors are really bad then I would spend the $40 and do new pads too. If they aren't too bad then the existing pad should bed just fine it will just take a little longer.
