i'm the slow kid today. where is the picture poster?

Individual picture posters?
If so, click on the "User account number", seen under the Subject line in the user's post, and it will take you to a general profile page, where if the individual has pictures in their picture poster, you can click the number and it will show you their pictures. This won't work for me, I don't have any pictures in my poster.

cool.
when i went to my profile and clicked on my picture it would not prompt for uploading new pics. i also couldn't find a link or picture poster forum, page, whatever anywhere.
