After reading the release information on APR's website I still don't have a clue about how much the EMCS will cost. And then all those extra fees for extra features etc. So when I buy the EMCS does it come with the feature of switching between stock and chip mode? or I'll have to pay $89 in addition to the base price of EMCS? And how about the throttle body alignment? Is it critical to have? Would EMCS not working well if I'm not getting it?<p>WayneRx

All EMCS modules have the capability to switch between programs. You may buy additional programs at the time of purchase or you may buy them later and upgrade from the comfort of your home. Every chip sale will have the module installed. If you add 1 program beyond the 1.0 bar upgrade then add $149 to the base price of the chip. Other programs will come on line very soon. The security and throttle body align/fault code erase are each and additional $89. It is not critical to have any of the features, they only add more options to the purchase. I know this may be confusing to some but do not hesitate to call and ask questions to your hearts content.

What's the base price of the chip?!

If you want EMCS-specific options (fault code erase/ throttle body alignment/ FlipSwitch) then simply add the option prices to the base chip price.
