i just wrote a letter complaining to escort about this thing. i mean come on, i can understand if even it had given me a late warning which woul dhave prevented nothing, but it didn't even make a sound. even if it were instant on radar it shoudl have picked up somthing at the last second, but no, nothing. yea anyway i dont trust my passport anymore.

I am not against speeding, quite the contrary, but if and when I get caught, I don't whine at the police, who are just enforcing the LAW. I don't complain to the maker of my radar dector, which has saved my wallet and driver's license many times before. I just pay, and try not to get caught the next time.
In work zones, and school zones, slow to the speed limit, as they are almost always heavily enforced, and are the worst places to get caught.

it's saved my butt many times. I also live in VT, where there aren't a ton of troopers crawling all over the highway, which is good and bad.. You never know when you might see one.

Then, I looked at your link - 80 in a 45 work zone? Are you nuts? You don't need a radar detector to know you deserved that damn ticket.
