Inner tie rods

Inner tie rods
Went to get an alignment today, and found out that my inner tie rods are frozen and need to be replaced. My subframe is also out of alignment from a curb hit a few weeks ago. Is replacing inner-tie rods a difficult job, i replaced the outers easily, how do the inners compare to those?
