I used to have a wett chip in mine. It was a subtle, but noticable difference. Improvement was in the same ballpark as having your air conditioner off. It was worth it to me, but I doubt everyone would feel that way.

Who have chipped. I did and I am glad I did. Better throttle response, much bigger and responsive power band.
There is not a huge leap in HP, but thats because you are not bumping up turbo preassure. But there are a lot of tweaks and such that make it worth it..
Don't listen to the 1.8ers there gonna tell ya its not worth it. Talk to the people who have done it..!
I have a GIAC chip.. Its worth it, do it.
