I arranged for scheduled service for today back on June 6. Part of Inskip's "service" includes a loaner car which is delivered to the customer. I called to see when they were coming and the service advisor told me that he had scheduled me for next Tuesday! I asked if he could do it any time this week, and he told me that "the loaner car service is having a problem" and that no loaner cars are available. They'll call me when the problem gets resolved. This may not sound like a major problem, but it's just the latest one that I've had with these guys (sales and service departments). I bought two 2001 A4's from these guys! Next time, I'll go to Mattie or Clair!
