my turn signals are blue. Now i know i could just replace the bulb with amber to pass, but I have been looking into hid headlights. My low beams are just not cutting it. Is it a better idea to get an hid kit or to just get the valeo hid ecodes? Obviously money is a major issue, but i hate to half *** anything with my car. Also, if i were to get the ecode headlights, which ones would i get? Would they pass inspection? And would that be the only thing i need to have my lights be hid. I am not very knowledgable on lighting.

Those aren't ecodes lens, they're US spec, and you would have to modify your lens housing too much.
