Stop you're confusing me...
Tap into the line level intputs up at the back of the head unit...then run RCA's to the trunk and hook that to the basslink.
You might be able to get at the same line level signal in the trunk before it goes into the bose and you might be able to tap into it there...but I'd go all the way to the head to be 100% sure it's done right.
