It comes out as a unit (all 3), then you can dissect out the center vent.

Default are the other vents useless in terms of spacing? or could I use all three to mount gauges?

I'm not sure if I want to fab my own pod like PhilThrottle did, but maybe I could work up mounting all three of my gauges into the pods.

Default Check the look in the vent to the left of the steering wheel.

That is where I put mine and I love it. I think it looks much cleaner.

Default just use a screw driver to pry out the desired vent. I thought it looked best in the very center.

I think you could definitely use all 3.

Default Maybe I'll take that apart this weekend.

Finding space in the double-DIN opening on the 2000+ is a pain =/
