Instrument Cluster Light bulbs

I've got a bulb or two (at the top) of my instrument cluster that don't light. Are the bulbs replaceable? If so, how do you get the instrument cluster out?

search the tech section or the B5 FAQ for your answer on how to get

the cluster out.
