Intake Manifold.......Port and Polish
Anyone ever port and polish the intake manifold
off their 1.8T???
Any suggestions on getting this done would be
most appreciated!

I believe Dmak did it, but you'd want to extrude hone the intake manifold, not PnP
since the long runners would be impossible to get all the way into. The Contour SVT had an extrude honed intake, and Ford SVT claimed it was worth +10hp on the Contour SVT, which was a terrific car.
