yea... but...WHAT ABOUT THE WIRES going into the airbox?
i reolise there are mixed feelings on the subject of intake VS no intake VS modified airbox, and i simply dont care. its all irrelivent to me.
I AM going to be equipping my car with some sort of intake and am merely concerend about what do do with the other conections to the stock airbox? what do all you intake guys do with the extra wires? does it matter ?

I was under the impression (maybe wrong) that they didn't filter worth a cr@p?
Flow yes, keep the bugs and mice out yes, fine dust - no way?

They posted a micron filtration #. I know the ss screens on my dry sump are around 7 microns so fine
enough exists. Whether it is perfect I dont know. Like you said it keeps medium pieces out. I dont run a MAF so I could put a piece of oiled foam over it. Their website would probably tell. My car is a toy and I dont drive it more than 1000 miles per month during the dry season.
