Default intercooler added to apr stage three
anyone have any idea what the possible hp gain is with a large frount mount intercooler. any estimations would be appriciated. anyone with this set up. how did it work and what intercooler did you go with..thanks

I would say 1000HP. maybe 1500HP with tuning

i was really hoping for like 2 thousand hp gain ...looks like i wont be making that mod...damn

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/5987/dsc00490.jpg"></center><p>But me. I had my EVO intercooler before I got the turbo kit so I can't really tell. It did make a difference on my stock turbo,so I would say that it does add some power. It sure keeps intake temps down!

APR does not support FMICs, so you cannot get programming to take advantage of one...

you just get a bit of pressure loss. Still faster.
