Default Intermintent low boost problems, vag logs attached

Im getting intermintent low boost problems. Sometimes I will get full boost spikes at 15lbs or so and other times only get 6 lbs. When it will only run 6lbs the I can hear that the turbo is not spooling so I am sure its not a boost leak.
Also I just cleared the codes tonight and I noticed that the turbo is spooling kinda of slow now and seems to have really poor response between shifts. Here is the vag codes.

4 Faults Found:
18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low
P1602 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17968 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P1560 - 35-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
17884 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P1476 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate
17535 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P1127 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate

Things I am thinking....bad MAF, which I have updated to a 99 version. Possible bad BPV, but I just removed it the other day and lubed it and it looked fine. Or a vaccuum leak. I also tried switching back and forth between my stock and J n75 valve.....no difference.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Default You have a little of everything there...

The first one you already have, but the rest are max engine speed exceeded, EVAP control valve, and the engine is running rich. The last could be a MAF, but it could also be a bunch of other stuff. I will note that I had the identical problem, and that is was very ambient temperature sensitive, and it turned out to be the coolent temperature sensor, mind you I don't have near the mods that you do. Anyway, the engine was getting confused about the operating temperature and would goof up the mixture and limit boost. Good luck with it.
