Issue with stuck half shaft when replacing CV Boot...
I just replaced my outer CV boot and when I went to put the knuckle back on the half shaft (drivers side) was pretty much stuck. It rotates and all, but does not move around freely enough to put it all back together. Any suggestions or ideas on what the issues ?

I pushed the CV joint in until I heard the pop and that was it...
After I noticed the shaft was seized I took the CV joint back out and popped it back on to make sure.

You might have to do some more disassembly..
I remember that was a real bear to get back behind the hub, but I can't remember why. I probably just kept wiggling things until I cold slide it by. Try moving the shaft up more to slide it behind the hub... Sorry I can't give any more hands-on advice!
